Kuo: 2021 kommt ein komplett „drahtloses“ iPhone ohne Lightning-Anschluss + iPhone SE 2 Plus

Am heutigen Abend sorgt Analyst Ming Chi Kuo mit einer neuen Investoreneinschätzung für reichlich Furore. Zunächst einmal berichtet er, dass Apple im kommenden Jahr fünf neue iPhone-Modelle auf den Markt bringen wird. Dabei soll es sich um ein 4,7 Zoll, ein 5,4 Zoll, zwei 6,1 Zoll und ein 6,7 Zoll Modell handeln. Dies ist aber noch nicht alles. Im Jahr 2021 sollen noch ein komplett  „drahtloses“ iPhone ohne Lightning-Anschluss sowie ein iPhone SE 2 Plus mit Touch ID im Powerbutton folgen.

Glaubt man der Einschätzung des renommierten Analysten Ming Chi Kuo, so wird Apple im übernächsten Jahr ein komplett  „drahtloses“ iPhone ohne Lightning-Anschluss sowie ein iPhone SE 2 Plus mit Touch ID im Powerbutton auf den Markt bringen.

Apple will create more differentiation between the highest-end and high- end models. It will benefit the shipment of the highest-end model and ‌iPhone‌ ASP. Among new 2H21 ‌iPhone‌ models, we expect that the highest-end model would cancel the [Lightning] port and provide the completely wireless experience.

Während das komplett drahtlose iPhone für die zweite Jahreshälfte 2021 erwartet wird, soll in der ersten Jahreshälfte 2021 ein sogenanntes iPhone SE 2 Plus auf den Markt bringen. Bei diesem Gerät soll Apple auf ein vollflächiges Display setzen. Allerdings soll kein Face ID zum Einsatz kommen. Vielmehr soll Touch ID im Powerbutton an der Seite des Gerätes untergebracht werden.

Apple will launch the ‌iPhone‌ SE2 Plus in 1H21. We predict that the display size will be 5.5 or 6.1-inch. This model will adopt a full-screen design. The notch area will be smaller because of no Face ID support. The ‌Touch ID‌ will be integrated with the power button, which is located on the side.

Zukünftig könnte Apple somit zweimal pro Jahr neue iPhone-Modelle präsentieren. In der ersten Jahreshälfte könnten die „preiswerter“ iPhones erscheinen und in der zweiten Jahreshälfte die High-End-Modelle.
