Apple told me that the lack of Atmos isn’t a hardware limitation, and that support is on the roadmap. I strongly suspect that getting Siri’s voice into the Atmos mix is a big goal here, and it’ll be cool when the company figures it out.

Alles in allem fällt das Feedback zu AppleTV 4K positiv aus. Erfreulich ist die Bildqualität sowie der verhältnismäßig geringe Preise für 4K Inhalte im iTunes Store. 4K Filme werden zum gleichen Preis wie HD Filme angeboten. Allerdings gibt es auch ein paar Kritikpunkte. Der hohe Preis (ab 199 Euro) sowie die derzeit noch fehlende Unterstützung von YouTube in 4K HDR sowie Amazon Prime werden angesprochen.
